Hey everyone!

Our guild "The Dark Brothelhood" is hosting a dueling tournament for PC EU. We might end up making this a regular thing if there is enough interest of course. The first one we plan to have this sunday, at 5 PM CET.

For signing up, please go to: https://challonge.com/tournaments/signup/aZKVN3MbAe#/signup/bab2e0f7je

The rules and prizes and whatnot can be found there on the sign up page, but I will write them here too for ease of access

There are prizes for the top 3, which are as follows:
1. 1x Chromium Plating
2. 8x Dreugh Wax / 12x Tempering Alloy / 16x Rosin
3. 50,000 Gold

There is a sign up fee of 3,000 Gold (this can be paid even at the start of the tournament, so feel free to sign up for now and we will handle this part later), and the rules are the following:

1. Best of 3/First to 2 until the top 4, at which point we swap to Best of 5/First to 3 format.
2. No CPs allowed (to level playing field for lower level players)
3. Time limit of 5 minute on duels. If time is up, winner will be decided by whichever participant did more damage, which will be proven by a combat metrics screenshot. (to discourage ultra tanky/heal stacking builds)
4. Before each duel, both participants must burn their ultimate on a target dummy and start the fight with 0 ultimate. (to balance high cost ultimates/prevent cheese at round start)
5. Only banned things are immovable/unstoppable potions and the heavy armor skill which gives this effect, simply because they bug out a bunch of skills, making you unable to use them even after the buff ends (Leap, Fossilize, Toppling charge, to name a few)
6. Character locked registration, which means that you must use the same character for the entire tournament.
7. The loser of a duel can swap their build around in the next 2 minutes before the start of the rematch, the winner of the duel must stick to the same setup they were using.

Participants have to join the discord channel, since that is where stream matches will be called, as well as where any tournament related disputes and discussions will be handled. The link for that is the following:

Hope to see a lot of you there, I think it will be very fun!
