I feel Stam needs another ranged option outside of bow and since Disease has no weapon line I can up with this idea. Like a Plague Doctor style of play.
Light Attack would be a ranged projectile.
Heavy Attacks would be a channel similar to Resto Staff.
Ultimate:
Contagion: Throw a foul grenade that unleashes a miasma of festering gases in a 12 meter area for 16 seconds. Enemies in the area take X Disease Damage every second. Enemies continue taking damage for 10 seconds after they leave the area. Enemies are afflicted with Major Defile for 20 seconds.
Morph 1: Pandemic: Infected enemies spread the infection to nearby uninfected enemies.
Morph 2: Incurable: The infection cannot be purged.
Acute Infection: Raise your cane in the air and infect 2 nearby enemies causing them to take X Disease Damage every second for 10 seconds.
M1: Targeted Infection: You can now direct the infection but it only affects one target. Increased damage.
M2: Plague Bringer: Can now affect four targets. Reduced cost.
Festering Pool: Slam down your staff and create a path of festering material for 12 seconds. Enemies in the area take X Disease Damage every second.
M1: Pestilence: Increase the duration and area of effect.
M2: Crippling Sludge: Enemies in the area are snared by 30%.
Puss Ball: Fire a ball of filth at a target dealing X Disease Damage. Deals more damage vs defiled targets.
M1: Vile Splash: The ball splashes on impact dealing X Disease Damage to all enemies within 4 meters of the primary target.
M2: Noxious Infusion: Deals additional Disease Damage over 5 seconds.
Plague Cloak: Shroud yourself in a vile cloud for 20 seconds. Nearby enemies take x Disease Damage every second. Enemies hit are afflicted with Minor Defile for 6 seconds. This damage scales off your Maximum Health.
M1:Virulent Leper: Increase the AoE and damage but you are afflicted with Minor Defile.
M2:Fuelled by Corruption: Deals less damage but heals you for 100% of the damage dealt.
Pustules: Infect and enemy with a vile disease for 10 seconds. The pustules pop every 2 seconds causing the enemy to take X Disease damage.
M1: Popping Pustules: The pustules explode in an area dealing X Disease damage to enemies near the infected target.
M2:Deathly Affliction: The target 1% more damage for every 2% missing health.
Not sure what the passives would look like.
