Werewolf how to have again?

I was werewolf some time ago and cured (skill deleted of cource), but now i want again, already got a bite from npc werewolf and have the Sanies Lupinus but no skills and no quest on Werewolf Ritual Site. What I have to do?

When you have "Sanies Lupinus" active effect, it enables you to start a daily quest (Hircine's Gift)

A certain NPC spawns, if you have "Sanies Lupinus" effect on you - that will start the quest:

"you need to speak to Thoreki in Aldmeri Dominion Rawl'kha (Reaper's March), Ebonheart Pact Riften (The Rift), or Daggerfall Covenant Evermore (Bangkorai), depending on your alliance."

I think you can google the exact location of those NPCs. Also, I am not sure if this quest was not updated, but I think you might just go to to one of ritual sites (depending on your character alliance probably) and start the quest there.

After you will get WW skill line again, you can cure "Sanies Lupinus" effect at the NPC that cures Vampirism / lycanthropy - this should remove just the "Sanies Lupinus", but leave Lycanthropy. As far as I am aware - those are 2 separate dialogue options.
