before maintenance on January 3, 2022 I was launching ash cloud for free with 2 cost reduction glyphs. after the maintenance on January 3rd I see the magika go down by 378 every second, as if the cost reduction is not taking effect. why does the cost reduction not take effect?

I am using one infused spell cost reduction glyph. I am "paying" 55 Magicka per second (Vampire 1, 3 light, 3 heavy, 1 medium, no other cost reduction through sets etc. except armor passives). Did you try using only one of your jewelry pieces with cost reduction or none of them, if it makes a difference?

Edit: I am using the Cinder Storm morph, PC/EU. I looked up the numbers in a combat metrics log in a PVE environment.

as soon as the test is done, with too much cost reduction it goes into bug.
