Best Class to Craft and Harvest with 2022?

What is the best Class and Race combo for still being able to invest in ALL Crafting and Harvest but still remain viable for the Hard Difficulty Dungeons and Raids?

If you farm skyshards and skillpoints enough, you can have it all.

And with the armory system you can save one build as 'crafter' and the other as 'PvE' completely using the skill points for different things.

yeah once you get enough of the skill points, you can max out all crafting passives and still have more than enough for a solid build (my main has like around 420 skill pts and hes got good build and maxed crafting with easily 70 skill pts leftover)

the main thing that could be switched around for more effect is green CP slotting, but that is a whole other mess (for that you would need harvesting slottables for one, fishing slottables for another, other slottables if you wanted more bonuses for stealing or move speed)
