Did Pack Leader's Bone Broth bug ever get fixed?

Anyone know if the above is working properly these days in terms of reducing the ultimate cost of the werewolf ultimate while NOT already in werewolf form? That was the bug as of 2019 but not sure if they ever fixed it.

I tested it last night and it does indeed work properly now. Dropped the ultimate cost a little while NOT in werewolf form.
Now, if they would only buff it so the Health and Stamina was more on par with Sticky Pork and Radish Noodles and Braised Rabbit with Spring Vegetables.
