Question about Antiquities Codex

So I've been doing a bunch of Antiquities stuff the last few days and I'm not finding any info on this. Beside each item listing it shows a 1/1 or 2/3 or similar over the word Codex. A couple seem obvious but after getting 3/3 in a bunch of them, I'm wondering what the point of getting 3/3 is? I don't seem to get anything extra from getting 3/3 of anything. So, can anyone tell me the point of it? Am I getting something out of it that I'm just not seeing?

Thanks.

It means you've got all the codex entries and therefore all the available lore on the items. Each time you dig up an antiquity you get an interpretation of it from one of the Antiquarians, and each one builds on the last (except when there's only 1 of course) to establish a more complete picture of what you've got, where it's from and the history behind it.

You don't get any 'game rewards' for completing them, there's no gold or XP bonus or whatever, it's a way for lore fans to know they're learned all they can about that item.
