334'd every time I change zones or load character

Let me start off by first and foremost saying that yes, I tried everything in the official thread about this, and that no, it was about as useful as an accordion on a deer hunt. my PC is brand new, with high-tier specs that can easily handle the game, and did handle it just fine until a couple days ago when this wonderful feature started showing up and is now trying its absolute hardest to prevent me from playing the game.
So in short... what gives? did ZOS make a new years resolution to make their game unplayable? I'm a simple woman. I just wanna do a new life quest, get my tickets, and go back to Dragonhold to get my daily loot the following day. I'd play more but that would also necessitate the game actually working, which of course it doesn't otherwise I wouldn't be making this thread.Maybe I'm the only one getting hit with this (Error 334 lost lobby connection) BS, but all of my other online games play just fine, and on top of that I followed the steps in the official "fix it" thread anyways (albeit to no avail).
TLDR: I just want to be able to play my game without being booted to login screen literally 17-19 out of every 20 load screens.

Are you talking about "showing up" just recently as in because of the EVENT? --> https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/594366/frequent-load-screens-during-event. my PC is brand new, with high-tier specs that can easily handle the game, and did handle it just fine until a couple days ago when this wonderful feature started showing up

3 final questions: Are you by chance running ESO with any 'game mods' or 'add-ons' ? Are you on PC/NA server? Does it happen when travelling between separate MAPS (zones) or does it just happen whenever going thru ANY doors or anywhere (new phase) between the same map zone?: I just want to be able to play my game without being booted to login screen literally 17-19 out of every 20 load screens.

I am very much a "lurk before I post" type person when it comes to problems and tech support and FAQs so yes, I rummaged through those threads and more.
It started a few days ago when I moved to a new location but I made sure it wasn't my internet provider, as I mentioned.
I do run the game with addon's, although I also tried running it with addon's disabled and then again with them removed (cleaned out the whole folder). No dice.
Yes I'm on PCNA. I can login to the char select screen, but logging into a character kicks me out 95% of the time. Also, changing zones (such as porting to a home or using a wayshrine) triggers this same effect as well.
