Dear ZoS

When do guys think it is time to complete Vivec City this area have been under construction for many years now

Vivec City under construction

Personal I think it is time we complete this and make Vivce City look stunning again :)

It can be done 2 ways I think
  1. Let Dev Team complete
  2. Make an event for the whole server and let go on for some time (which I think will be more fun to do than letting Dev Team do)

I was in an event like that back in WoW when was going to open up the Ahn'Qiraj raid both sides work towards and it was fun and you could follow progress on WoW's homepage. Reward everyone which nice big house as a reward or something for the help maybe.

No, because a fair chunk of Vvardenfell's zone storyline features the fact that the city is under construction. Like, it's a part of the plot.

    Spoilers for the zone story:
When we first learn that Vivec is losing his divine power, it's a big deal that he's been spending it to help the construction of the city. Specifically, things are so bad that we head down to one of the cantons to collect a Blessing Stone in order to use the power he put in the stone instead of his own power to fuel our ritual.

We get to the canton under construction and there's been an accident. We borrow the stone for the ritual. Take no notice of a certain dog hanging around...
Later in the questline, Vivec's divine power has been stolen by Barbas, and he's near death. Bear Dau is going to fall on the city. We rush back to the under construction canton, battling through looters, and recover their blessing stone so that Vivec can use his power stored inside to stop Baar Dau for as long as it takes us to go after Barbas and recover the rest of his power.

Actually, it’s not that bad idea as an evolving world concept, it would be nice to phase or something evolution in some map regions, the stuff like that’ll make oldies worth not to just rush through a couple of dailies and forget till the next circle of a daily loop. Or at least it would be nice to have more dailies just for difference and not the variation of another delve rushing / boss killing clone from that very daily giver, that ye see each day for a chance to obtain a motif piece.
    Make Skyrim great again.

Like many other areas, it would be nice if it changed after you have completed all the quests/story.

Yes, it makes the world feel like it evolves and that we (player) help to evolve the world it will really cool and feel the world more alive :)

Just as long as the bank continues to operate out of a dusty shack surrounded by crafting stations.

It would be nice for those who completed a quest in the zone to see how it progressed afterwards, or even the NPCs involved in the quest to move on, since usually they can still be found in the same position where the quest ended. Even if the devs did something like that however, a lot of time still hasn't passed in the game since we've been introduced to Vivec City (and generally time in the ESO world may move weirdly, because it has been hypothesized it could be inside a dragon break), for eg., iirc I've seen NPCs mention Varen's rebellion as if it was in the recent past, so it stands to reason that finishing a huge construction like that could take more time.
