PS4 and PS5. Posting on behalf of multiple people. While opening a crate, the game freezes before the card flip and it requires a restart of the application. Customer Support says, after some checking, that the items are obtained regardless. One person says she is having trouble extracting gems, the control menu disappears and she must back out and try again.
