Do all sets work in Battlegrounds?

I am very confused about the sets in Battlegrounds and no-cp PVP.
Is there anything disabled in BG?

Sets still proc and work like their descriptions tell you in BGs. It's just you don't get the passives and extra boosts that you get from the champion points in your skill line trees.
