I am sick of it now. many times, it takes 2 sec even longer to cast Leap, WHY?
Elusive mist has similar problem. Sometimes, I can only see the animation and then...... nothing happens. To deal with this BAD BAD BAD design issue, what I can do now is quickly hold block for like 0.5 sec before I turn into mist.
It doesn't happen to all my skills, I don't have problem with Accelerate, it works pretty fine.
