Identification sought please

Can anyone let me know the whereabouts (sorry for the poor quality) of photo below. Whenever it comes up as the loading screen I wonder if my character could maybe buy it and add plants to it.....

This one is not sure it is an actual location, though it is very nice.

It is not any of the purchasable houses to the best of this one's knowledge - and she does have many, many houses.

Thank you, SantieClaws. Oh well, one can live in hope. I really would like to see less mortar and bricks and more garden available in the house options; or the option to dismantle buildings....

Yes, that's the Isle of Balfiera... you can see the base of the Direnni/Adamantine Tower in the distance.

The present location of Claws Meadow Village, previously known as Moonsugar Meadow, is a very nice space for building.

If on PC EU feel free to call by and take a look - it's open on EHT.

Thank you again, @SantieClaws. I have Moon-Sugar Meadow on both servers and very much enjoyed building a house and planting decorative and formal gardens on the land...I didn't know it had changed its name - still called Moon-Sugar Meadow in my list.

Can you recommend a particular home which offers the opportunity to create something beautiful around trees and plants etc? I already have Grand Topal Hideaway, Grand Psijic Villa, Serenity Falls, Earthtear Cavern, Hall of the Lunar Champion, Antiquarian's Alpine, Hunding's Palatial, Mathiisen Manor, Forsaken Stronghold, plus other, smaller homes, but I am wondering if I maybe missed something with potential....

I can't abide Coldharbour or anywhere remotely resembling hell. Imho the game grows more satanic by the day, which is why I stopped following (and purchasing) the "chapter" storyline a while back.

As for space and plants they are most important to this one yes. You may wish to call by The Histmas Grotto and Claws Winter Village - sorry this one can never recall the names before she bought them!

Claws University is also a fine establishment, though the garden is mostly on the roof.

Claws University was formerly Varlaisveya Ayleid Ruins, in the north of the Gold Coast

Claws Snowy Village was formerly Stillwaters Retreat in Western Skyrim. Yes this one got her own name wrong also.

Thank you for going to the trouble of posting the videos of your impressive homes, Santie Claws. I have the Ayleid Ruins (it was a freebie, wasn't it?) and have utilized the upper area as a garden, though I am very fond of beautiful trees so have many still in my inventory looking for a home!

You are right, Santie Claws! I bought some pedestals from the luxury furniture vendor for my EU main to use as planters at the Ayleid Ruins, then did the same for my NA main but couldn't see the link in her Notable houses list! I don't own it on that server.
