Apex skin and costume, short one mount

I'm referring to the celestial crates. There are usually six mounts, the sixth type usually being a camel, sometimes a kagouti or dwemer spider. We're seeing more non-mount items in the apex tier, and this is the first time* we have only five apex mounts. I don't like where this is going. Skins and costumes have been traditionally lower tier items, so I'm perceiving less value and more difficulty obtaining mounts. How do you feel about it?

*Grim Harlequin only had five as well.

The camel mount has been missing for two crate seasons now. (Grim Harlequin and Celestial)
I would've loved to nab myself a Celestial camel.
If they want to keep putting the extra items in there then whateves I guess, but doooooon't short us the camels or the other mounts. >:(

They tested the water last time by diluting the apex pool with a costume. It wouldn't surprise me if they further continued to make things harder to get.
