Why is this BUG still not fixed ???? How many years do you need?

So I did Castle Thorn last night and we did it perfectly right, no death + less than 30m and on HM after killing all mobs + making sure no mob left alive and yet didn't get the achievement!

This bug exist from the DLC release and still not fixed, its not even that hard to fix from technical perspective, why is it still broken ??

I made a pointless ticket to ZoS, well aware they are not going to help me and tell me to do it again and again and again till I get it.

Not surprised. So many bugs in this game that are making it unplayable. No offense, but yours is very low on the priority list when PVP can't even be played right now and basic combat mechanics like heavy attacks are completely screwed up. There are doors in dungeons that don't let people pass. On a scale of 1 to 10 on what's broken in this game right now yours is about a 2. That's not to say your issue doesn't matter and I hope that gets fixed. It's just a testament to how seriously screwed up this game is right now. The devs (management) literally need to NOT publish new content for a quarter and just fix hundreds of bugs instead or people will stop playing completely (and already have).

Given how vRG HM trifecta has been broken for a couple of months now, and they are aware of it, but haven't fixed it yet, I wouldn't hold my breath, though hopefully the issue with the dungeon is simpler and can be sorted soon. Still, very frustrating for the players (and embarassing for zos) to have really challenging achievements broken for so long.
