Dragonknight abilities: FIery Grip & Dragon Leap sometimes doesn't work in battlegrounds

I don't know what causes that, but sometimes this abilities doesn't have "range" stat and therefore unusable. This bug occurs fairly often, but not in 100% cases.
You can see here i have target in my crosshair, but fiery grip doesn't available to use, even though i have all resources:

Nay, i think i saw once, in a match when my fiery grip in one morph was disabled, opponent used his with another (one, that pulls you to the target). I bet there's a bit more of weird stuff happening, that causing Fiery Grip & Dragon Leap to broke.0
