Battleground Queue Bug While In Load Screen, Excessive Queue Times

There is a bug where if you're in a group queueing, and you're in a load screen while the group leader takes the queue, you don't get the queue. It just kicks you out. It's been around for patches. Why is it not fixed yet? It's ruined so much gameplay and is exacerbated by the fact that queues for groups of two are taking up to 30 minutes sometimes. Waiting 30 minutes for a bug to kick you out of a queue anyway is unacceptable.
