Bosmer for sure. I only play Dunmer so I don’t really care but it seems they are very underrepresented in quests, dungeons, NPCs, and storylines.

And more of that bosmer chick from the Wrothgar storyline!

While we’re at it, can we get rid of about 2/3 of the Kajiti? I am sooo sick of “this one thinks…”. They’re everywhere and seem to breed like….well…cats.

And that Razum-dar NPC May be my most disliked NPC in the game.

Well I completely disagree regarding the Khajit and Razum-dar, one of my favourite NPS in ESO, but to each his own

Bretons, because Bosmer are actually somewhat well done, though the entirety of Valenwood being in the base game, but Bretons are just awful. Maybe it's intentional.

Imo, Redguards need A LOT of love and attention. Redguards are probably going to the playable race that was mentioned in Matt Firor's letter. They've barely been touched outside Alik'r Desert, a part of Bankorai, some of Craglorn, and Hew's Bane. Craglorn is a mix of Nede, Yokudan/Anka-Ra, and Aylied. Hew's Bane also was mainly about the Thieves Guild, for obvious reasons. I do agree that Bretons need some more lore, but to be frank, they have a lot more than Redguards. Most of Bangkorai, Stormhaven, Glenumbra, and Rivenspire. A lot of their politics have been touched in the base game. For Jode's sake, the Daggerfall leader is a Breton. Bosmer have a lot as well, with 3 and a half zones.
ESO has only scratched the surface with the Redguard politics as well. Crowns and Forebears? They're a huge part of Hammerfell, but maybe get a handful of quests in Alik'r. And don't get me started on their lore. Redguards have their own pantheon that still has so much to be covered. Sword-singers too! There's just so much to go over with Redguards, especially with such a huge part of Hammerfell being open as well.

I agree on Redguards needing the love and more lore! With Bosmer and Bretons, we already have at least 3 full zones of quests and lore. I know more about the Bosmer and Bretons than the Redguards - and how would they pull off a whole new zone within Bosmer or Breton territory, which have both been 100% filled within base game?

Couldn't have said it better, but just to add, think of the $$ they will make selling race change tokens to the sweaties when Redguards become FOTM again, been years since they were. Will wager my last sliver of bitcoin it's gonna be Redguard.

A couple require some proper TLC, not just one.

Bretons and bosmer - Got most of their land done in base game which was not a good thing. Base game suffer greatly from bland fantasy-itis. Of the two bosmer only looks a bit better because we had nothing previously for them while bretons have had things from previous Elder Scrolls, but both's content does not portray their looks or aesthetics well according to lore. And who's idea was it to give bosmer a horrible fake cockney accent?

    Redguards and imperials
    - They both suffer a bit from the same thing. Which is in a way they have zones that is themed to them, but they also isn't. Redguards got Alik'r, but Hew's Bane is about the Thieves Guild and Craglorn is about nedes, stars etc and not redguards. Imperials ZOS love making generic enemies or just some side dish. Gold Coast? Dark Brotherhood Cyrodiil? PvP, daedra and whatnot, Imperial City? Daedra. Blackwood? Oh look more daedra. I expected Blackwood to be about imperials and argonians but what we got was more daedra that just had a bit of imperial and argonian seasoning on top.

Orcs - Kinda? They both have love and could use more. Orcs have Betnikh, which is supposed to have been breton and is a tiny starting zone, and then Wrothgar. That's it. They aren't even a side piece somewhere. Wrothgar was just very well done so it gave them quite a bit of love and content.

Bosmer, Redguards, and Bretons have enjoyed less attention in recent years compared to other races, even Imperials, so the following chapters will likely focus each one in turn, unless they decide to go outside of Tamriel, and explore Pyandonea, Akavir, etc., in later years. I just hope it's not a chapter tailored around nostalgia for one of the older games, because although Morrowind was great, both Greymoor and Blackwood have been less stellar than other chapters.

Redguards have got nothing since the launch of ESO. This game even managed to screw up their lore.
Zos bring back the Sword Singers and make Redguards the DPS class they should have been at launch.

Racial Passives need a rework on Bosmer, Argonian and Imperials for me.

For a new Zone, Bretons, Redguard and Bosmer could definitely do with some new lore, characters and storylines.

Races that had story-size zone, so far:

    Orc - Wrothgar
    Dunmer - Morrowind
    Altmer - Summerset
    Khajiit - Elsweyr
Nord - Greymoor / Wester Skyrim

    The ones that did not:

    1. Redguard - most likely next story will involve them.
    2. Breton - they have some lore here and there, and base game zones, so idk what can be added.
    3. Wood Elf - similar situation as with Breton - pretty much all of their home lands are already in the game, so idk what can be added.
    4. Imperial - They technically had some zones, but they did not had a full zone devoted to them. Blackwood was technically an Imperial zone, but only in like 70 - 80% imho.
    5. Argonian - They are in the weird spot also, as they had small DLC (Murkmire) and a some % of Blackwood - very little though. Blackwood was primally an Imperial Chapter that just happened to be located in a swampy area, so Argonians acted more like a background, with almost "0" lore. There is plenty of space left between Shadowfen & Murkmire on ESO map, so they may yet have a story size zone, but definitely not for the next year.

That reVamp did them dirty and we all know it!

Lol, aside from that, i really couldn't make a better argument than most others in this thread. A LOT of the races need better balancing and updating. With the game letting DPS run rampant, it would be nice to see them go back and update more of the races in the game.

I would guess Bosmer, but that would just be blindly guessing.
