Dungeon Finder Not Working

The dungeon finder has not been working for me or my guild mates today. When I queue for a daily pledge it begins as normal, showing the dungeon finder as "Queued." Eventually the queue pops and I accept. It shows several spots accepting and then the whole thing cancels out as if I had declined, canceling the queue entirely. I've now repeated this 4 times trying to queue for Vaults of Madness. Others are reporting the same issue.
