What are you missing? Keep in mind that DLC (dungeons, small zones) is different from chapters (blackwood, greymoor)
The ESO guide states these are all DLC's that you should get, I have starred the ones I haven't got.
* Stornthorn
* Harrowstorm
* Dragonhold
* Scalebreaker
Elsweyr
* Wrathstone
Summerset
Murkmire
* Wolfhunter
* Dragon Bones
Clockwork City
* Horns of the Reach
Morrowind (zone DLC)
Shadows of the Hist
Dark Brotherhood
Thieves Guild
Orsinium
Imperial City
You don't *get* the DLC with plus. You rent the DLC. They will still show as available to buy because you don't own them but you can access them fine

An ESO+ subscription will give you access to all those DLC as long as it's active. You should be able to queue for all those dungeons and wayshrine to all those zones.
However, you won't "own" them. You'll still be able to buy them in the Crown Store. Once your subscription ends, you'll lose access to the locations and some features like Jewelry crafting from Summerset.
The Dungeon DLC that I have access to is
Black Drake; Red Petal; The Cauldron; The Dread Cellar; Castle Thorn; Stone Garden; Icereach; Unhallowed Grave; Lair of Maarselok; Moongrave Fane; Depths of Malatar; Frostvault; March of Sacrifices; Moon Hunter; Fang Lair; Scalecaller Peak;
Bloodroot Forge; Falkreath Hold; Cradle of Shadows; Ruins of Mazzatun;

Danikat, The list I got was from this site under ESO plus, it tells you what you should have access to, I didn't go by what Crown Stores said as I know I have some of the DLC's as permanent anyway. I do realise that these are only "rented" to me and if I want to continue playing them at a time when I no longer subscribed to ESO plus then I would have to buy them from Crown Stores.
Nord_Raseri: So what your saying is that some of the DLC's are not areas with quests like Summerset for e.g. but are just dungeons * Stornthorn = Castle Thorn and Stone Garden. If so it's confusing as it seems to give impression that Stornthorn is a bit more than two dungeons [ or is it hyped up a bit more to get you to play it]. If that's the case are you saying I've got access to everything apart from Shadows of the HIst or is that just dungeons as well.
