Not given all DLC content

I have been ESO plus member since May 21 but have learned that I have not received all DLC content that is explained in ESO plus benefits. I have been trying to get this rectified but no one is paying any attention to this.

    What are you missing? Keep in mind that DLC (dungeons, small zones) is different from chapters (blackwood, greymoor)

    Greymoor has been DLC status since the release of Blackwood, but yeh Blackwood wouldn't be available with ESO+.

    So this may be a dumb question, but...

    A. Are you sure your subscription is active? If so, you should have access to all the DLC.

    B. How are you checking if you have the DLC?

    An ESO+ subscription will give you access to all those DLC as long as it's active. You should be able to queue for all those dungeons and wayshrine to all those zones.

    However, you won't "own" them. You'll still be able to buy them in the Crown Store. Once your subscription ends, you'll lose access to the locations and some features like Jewelry crafting from Summerset.

    Finally, have you started a Support Ticket? It's a good idea to post it here.

    You don't *get* the DLC with plus. You rent the DLC. They will still show as available to buy because you don't own them but you can access them fine

    This could be it. I have subscribed on and off since I started playing and I lose access to all DLCs when I am not subscribed. That is except the former chapters that were part of my Blackwood purchase when I started the game and the 4 pack that includes the TG and DB DLCs.

    VaranisArano - I was going to show you a screen shot from my current playing but can't work out how to do it on here.
    Yes hafgood and Amottica I know I only get to borrow them but in order to borrow them they have to be available at the time. My subscription is active I only started it in May this year and paid the full years subscription. Currently I only have access to the following that show up in my stories bit of the inventory.

    The Deadlands; Markath; Greymoor; Dragonhold; Elsweyr; Murkmire; Summerset; Clockwork City; Morrowind; DarkBrotherhood; Thieves Guild; Orsinium; Imperial City.

    The Dungeon DLC that I have access to is

    Black Drake; Red Petal; The Cauldron; The Dread Cellar; Castle Thorn; Stone Garden; Icereach; Unhallowed Grave; Lair of Maarselok; Moongrave Fane; Depths of Malatar; Frostvault; March of Sacrifices; Moon Hunter; Fang Lair; Scalecaller Peak;
    Bloodroot Forge; Falkreath Hold; Cradle of Shadows; Ruins of Mazzatun;

    I do have a few of the DLC's as owned.

    I have started a support ticket, I have emailed Bethesda Support, I have tried everyone I can think of.

    This is a really important point. You cannot go by what the crown store says you own and what you can buy, because that's nothing to do with ESO+. If you ever end your subscription you'll lose access to the DLC, so you're still given the oppertunity to buy them in case you want permanent access.

    Instead open the Collections menu, click on Stories and check that list. If you've got access to the DLC it will say 'Collected' and if not there will be big captial letters saying "Available in crown store or with an eso plus subscription".

    Danikat, The list I got was from this site under ESO plus, it tells you what you should have access to, I didn't go by what Crown Stores said as I know I have some of the DLC's as permanent anyway. I do realise that these are only "rented" to me and if I want to continue playing them at a time when I no longer subscribed to ESO plus then I would have to buy them from Crown Stores.

    Nord_Raseri: So what your saying is that some of the DLC's are not areas with quests like Summerset for e.g. but are just dungeons * Stornthorn = Castle Thorn and Stone Garden. If so it's confusing as it seems to give impression that Stornthorn is a bit more than two dungeons [ or is it hyped up a bit more to get you to play it]. If that's the case are you saying I've got access to everything apart from Shadows of the HIst or is that just dungeons as well.

    Yes, the dlcs you said are missing are dungeon packs, two dungeons per pack. Except Dragonhold, that's Southern Elswyr.

    Shadows of the Hist is a dungeon pack as well, containing Ruins of Mazztun and Cradle of Shadows.

    This link has a list of the DLC where you can click on each one to see the content they include. https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:DLC

    ESO typically releases content on a quarterly basis. Quarter 1 and 3 are typically Dungeon Packs, which have 2 dungeons each. Quarter 2 is the Chapter (which becomes a DLC a year later). Quarter 4 is the Zone DLC.

    So yes, some DLC are zones like Dragonhold, Clockwork City, and Murkmire that may or may not include a trial or an arena. Some do, some don't. Some DLC are Dungeon Packs, like Stonethorn or Horns of the Reach, and will give you two dungeons. Some DLC are former Chapters and include a trial and sometimes include a skill line like Antiquities or a feature like Companions.

    Every dungeon has a story quest associated with it. Many of these quests are really interesting and cool and well-done. But you can only do them once (the story quest, not the dungeon!). So if you are doing a dungeon for first time, I recommend doing it on normal difficulty and trying to get a group together with the understanding that you are doing the story and want to take the time to listen to dialogue and check out the dungeon layout and design and enjoy yourself. If you get into a group that has run the dungeon 100 times and just wants achievements and gear, they will typically zoom through the dungeon and you won't have time to listen to all the dialogue or appreciate the time and effort the designers put into dungeon.

    Dagoth_Rac. I have noticed that, that people race through at 100 miles an hour and think how are they enjoying it but remind myself as you say that they have done it before and just getting achievements etc. Thank you for clarifying that the dungeons do have a story, that was what I was finding confusing when it was just lists and got myself into a tizzy [which my hubby says is not difficult lol].
