Does Winged Twilight works on stam sorcerer?

It's a magicka ability that does shock damage. but there's currently a player called mordrak that uses it for parses he uploads on youtube.
Can someone explain to me how this works?

While slotted they get more weapon and spell damage through the expert mage passive, then it does damage passively for just being there. Many builds won't activate all 10 skills they have slotted normally so giving up a slot on both bars for something that buffs all of your damage slightly and then does damage the whole fight without activating it once leads to it working well for just doing raw damage.

It does work though not as effective as if it was on magica sorcerer. Remember, twlight tormenter scale with max magicka and spell damage. As stam sorc you most likely have about 10-15k magicka which is low but you woulf be sonewhere around 4.5-5k spell damage after the new changes which is good.

Twlight tormenter works like clanfear, in fact, ut deals even more damage than clanfear. If you want a simple rotation were you only use 2-3 dots then you can use both clanfear and twlught together which both work sort of like auto attack function. Their damage is not that great, but it is definetly better than having nothing especially if you are location to do simple rotation builds that only use 3-4 abilities instead of 10 abilitues like some hardcore players..

I see, would it be too op if its damage got affected by stam too?

Also whats better for stam great atronach or charged atronach?
Because atro is a ultimate it scales with stam too?

It is my understanding that's fine, but it is essentially a dead spot on your bar. I've not tested it yet on my sorc, but apparently it is meta.
