Possible Hew's Bane Curation Bug

Pictured below are my stickerbook and drop logs for doing some world bosses in hew's bane. World bosses are known to typically drop head, chest, leg, and weapon items, yet with some of the eligible body peices already in my sticker book, i'm no longer reliably getting ones i don't have as I should be. Curation worked for all of the weapon drops, but stopped working when it got to world boss body pieces that it should have worked for. I no longer get weapon drops from world bosses in this zone so that part of curation seems to be working, but head, chest and legs are not dropping as they're supposed to.

aleksandr_ESO✭✭✭Bahraha's Curse is an overland set that drops in Hew's Bane. It cannot be crafted. Pieces are Thieves Guild Style in all armor weights with special drop tables. The light version of the set drops from overland while medium and heavy versions only come from Professional Thief's Satchel of Laundered Goods that are daily quest in Heist Board in Thieves guild.0

cleric_warlock✭✭✭Guess I didn't look on UESP, everyone seems to have a different idea about how it's possible to get those sets and UESP seems to be right. I wish ZOS publicized the drop rules for every piece of each set.0
