Account not found and unknown player

Good day! There is a problem with the account inside the game, related to the impossibility of sending ingame emails to the game id and the inability to find this id (for example, to visit the house). Players trying to do this receives the messages "Unknown player" and "Account not found". This problem is not observed while online.
At the same time, nothing of the kind was observed before. Removing and reinstalling addons, changing character name and removing characters with specific chars in names, unfortunately, don't solves the problem. Contacting technical support via ticket 210824-003082 did not bring any results.
