Companions keep unsummoning

Every time I do an action where the companion use to disappear then reappear, swimming, jumping down a hill, anything where they don't walk the simple pathing to the player, they unsummon

    hi there, few quick questions...

    1. Has this been happening to you only since today's maintenance patch: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/592924/pc-mac-patch-notes-v7-2-7 .... or was it happening BEFORE today?
    2. Does it happen to you literally "every time" or is it sorta inconsistant/random?
    3. Does it happen inside dungeons (underground) as well?
    4. Are you on 'console' or PC?
    5. Are you using any game 'mods' or add-ons?
    6. When it happens, did you also have any mini-pets or combat-pets called out as well?

    Hi @TimeViewer. The questions that @NeeScrolls asked would be helpful for our dev team as well (Thank you, NeeScrolls). We can pass the feedback to them to see if there is a problem and how it could be solved. It would also be good to know if you have submitted a ticket for this.

    I've had it happen quite a few times in the last week. I admit that I wasn't looking for a cause at the time. However it did happen quite a bit more in the last week.

    np np , and it hasn't ever happened to me yet ( i never use any mods or add-ons ) but i'll be sure to pay more attention to this potential issue later when adventuring with my ole chatty pal 'Bastion' B)
