No whirlwinds from Relequens - intended or display bug?

My girlfriend and I just noticed this weekend that Relequens is not displaying the whirlwind over the target anymore when the whirlwind stack is active. We both thought relequens wasn't working, but we tested it on a target dummy and we can see that it is working, and the whirlwind shows up on the debuff icons, but it shows no visual effect on the target. Is this intended, or do I need to enable something in my settings? We both preferred seeing the big whirlwind on the actual target.

I have the same problem. It seems everyone has the glitch... But unfurtunaly no one cares too much about reporting it so it might never be fixed

still hasnt been fixed

Just seen this post - thought it was me just being slack at LA weaving!

Not 100% bothered about visuals as long as actual effect is working properly.

You can see it working on the debuff icons for the boss, so it isn't the worst thing in the world, but for a while, we thought that Relequens simply wasn't working.
