SolteranSoul ShrivenSAME exactly problem for me since I came back to ESO. Except mine says 2 messages instead of 4 but still same result, however I not only used /reloadui but I also repaired the game, that didn't work, so I completely uninstalled, removed all old files, and reinstalled the game. Yet still every single time I zone or whatever I get a notification saying my mailbox is full and I just got a mail yet I cannot get these 2 mails and my inbox is completely empty!
Real annoying, I am using the game through Steam, and so I also tried verifying all game files and they were successfully all there yet still this persists. This isn't something on our systems it is an "Account" bug I believe. There are other reports of this going back as far as April of 2021 from what I can tell doing the exact same thing.
Any suggestions to resolve this would be great please Developers. Thank you.0 -

davapoole✭✭✭i got over 600 mails returned yesterday filling my mail box in 102 the 36 at a go for about an hour last night. mails were starting from last xmas as got gifts we gave away in xmas raffle last year returned all the way to 30 days ago mail. i send a mail when i kick players from the guild and i attach a little gold so it lasts 30 days if they log back in and see it. so why did i get a years returned mails if they are meant to delete after 30 days. it was at least 600 maybe more so wondering if they were meant to have had returned mails also but they didn't arrive but game thinks they have so they have a full mail box as far as the game is concerned. Best thing is get a friend to try sending you a mail and see if it says mailbox full, then the game sees a full mailbox but not showing them.0 -

This is what we are seeing, and how it looks for me, I have gotten mails though no problem. It doesn't matter though I still cannot get these 2 mails that are kind of in what I would call a "Backlog" like your mail Davapoole.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭I keep getting this error, too. Relogging fixes it, and sometimes changing zones does, but not always. But it keeps happening the first time I open mail each day. PC NA

None of what you said fixes anything, in fact /reloadui doesn't remove it at all for me, and zoning is usually when I get the 2 mail like I show in the picture haha. And it never goes away for me..... tried everything......
This needs to get fixed. Please post here if you are also having the issue. Thanks!
