Vet Dungeon/trial carry guilds XBOX EU

As the thread title suggests, looking for guilds that conduct carries [snip]
Im an NA player on the EU server and it is harder than pulling teeth to find people that can get vet content finished, i have done most base game vet content And some DLC content. But being on a different continent makes it hard to coordinate times with guilds to conduct vet content runs, and the time zone difference makes it hard to be social enough to build rapport with fellow guild mates, to get shots at vet dlc content. More often than not i am forced to LFG in the dungeon finder, and hope that the group i’m in is a decent PUG. Its gets exhausting attempt after attempt and researching the mechanics that its just turns into a waste of time because in many cases if 1 person in a 4man dungeon doesnt know mech, it will automatically cause failure, or in most cases im the only one who knows the mechs and the other 3 run around like chickens with their heads cut off.
So at this point, im at my whit’s end, so im resorting to guilds that conduct vet carry services
