I like new classes they usually come with new character slots.

The op is talking about a gear slot, not character slot. A gear slot as in an extra armor/weapon slot (gear).

Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Personally, I would like to see a Warrior with Class Abilities which require Stamina and very few, if any, which require Magicka.

    then only use weapon/armor/alliance skills:/

More character slots, or more skill lines. Like unarmed. Martial art stuff for stamina and no weapon casting for magicka. Or polearm/spear/staff for stamina and one handed with rune/spell for magicka.

More cosmetic item slots would be nice too so things are more seperated and can be used together.
[Lie] Of course! I don't even worship Daedra!

Mezzer. The most fun characters I've ever had in TES or any other game.

TES IV illusion skill spells were the best combination.

They could call the class "Hypno-Illusionist" (HI) ;)

If you were to choose between two meta shakes, what would be more interesting or a better addition in your opinion? a new item slot (e.g. trinket or earring)? I think an extra item slot would make things go a little bit crazy :D

If we did get a new class, I would need a few extra character slots. I have 18/18 because I love making toons geared towards specific races and classes/weapons and armors. And yes, this is even with the Amory feature!

I said new class. The only thing I'd want more is new warden pets (in addition to the bear).

if Winterhold is involved i say a new necromancer based skill-line, to expand the selection of necromantic spell casting
like being able to summon flesh atronachs, summoning skeletal knights, conjuring vengeful spirits and transforming into a powerful lich just to name a few, i just think there should be more of a variety for commanding and weaponizing the dead, especially the part where the player could FINALLY summon a flesh atronach!

I think at this point we really need multiple of these options since a lot of players are starting to get burnt out of the standardization of content additions without any real gameplay changes. Every new patch basically follows the typical patch checklist, new dungeons/zone, new QoL system, some new gear sets, etc., but we haven't really had a major gameplay altering or new skill update since Necromancers with Elsweyr, and for all non-Necromancers it's been 3.5 years since the Psijic skill line in Summerset. The DLCs don't make me excited anymore and they all just feel like more of the same formulaic "assembly line" content.

Despite ZOS proclaiming ESO to be an "online RPG," ESO has felt less and less RPGish for me over recent years. The increased push for standardization, formulaic content, and removal of things like the old racial passives (Dunmer getting 7% bonus specifically to fire damage, for example) really doesn't feel RPGish. A perfect example of this is with the new CP system. It's not that CP 2.0 is bad, it just could've had a lot more RPG flavor and horizontal progression. Imagine if after a certain point you were able to unlock cosmetic changes, like red lightning on sorcerer, or blue flames on dk, or even being able to unlock changes to class skills at a certain point, like changing blastbones from flame to magic damage.

In terms of what I'd like to see added in the near future, I think the main things are:
    • Weapon skill lines - there's a lot of different magic types that could be created into new staff lines without needing to add new models. For stamina, spear models already exist in the game and could fit within a range/melee hybrid playstyle.
    • New class - by this expansion, it'll have been 3 years since Necromancer was added and a new class would definitely freshen up things. ZOS has saved the major brittle debuff, so I'd guess they're thinking of adding a new class with a major brittle ult sooner rather than later.
    • New PvP mode - PvP has been the most neglected aspect of the game content wise and a lot of players have been burnt out and left. If Cyrodiil can't work, ZOS should just add instanced PvP options like group dueling and 1v1/2v2/3v3 arenas.
    • Races - there have been extensive posts about good racial options to add, and this is probably the easiest one to implement since there's so many good candidates and all you need are passives.
    • Racial abilities - 1-3 abilities per race would add a lot of new gameplay options and build diversity. They could function as redundant skills to fill the gaps on certain classes/specs like giving major sorcery or a stun, etc.

A second quick slot wheel so that we have front bar quick slot and back bar.

It would be really useful, that way we could have have say pots and siege on one bar and emotes & assistants on the other

2 new skill lines. One for magik, one for stamina. Not positive in what form they should take. 1h+Rune for magik, other weapon or Companion line for stamina?

    Genuine question...
What's this obsession with orbs, runes and spellbooks in this community?
Is it just for the sake of stat distribution between 1h weapon and 1 extra thing? If so, then I guess it's fine. But if my character is going to hold a stupid orb or a book in one hand while trying to slash at an enemy with a sword, it is going to be super awkward and a bit ***. The character will have no proper balance; the said magical item will be in danger a lot; there will be no free hand to provide extra force for the weapon or physical leverage against an adversary. It really doesn't make sense apart from being a passive stat-bank.

I personally prefer a single weapon in one hand and one hand free to be used as need arises.
The altmer hero from cinematics is an amazing example. She uses her sword when she needs to. She can quickly swap between left and right hand based on situation, or drop/sheave the sword altogether for a more powerful spell that requires more focus. That's pure sorceress there. The power comes from her not some weird bauble.

WOW had offhand and 1-hand weapon combinations for spell casters, but they never used them for spell casting. Even staves were not used. The characters cast the spells from sheer concentration of will. The items were just stat banks.

Its common that a Magic user holding an off hand that was not a weapon, would have powers that would make it worth using. In this case a skill line that would fit that magic item. As orb for instance could have an AoE DPS/Knockback skill, making a Blink ability for defense and getting ranged from a melee. A 1H Wond could shoot all manner or fireballs, lighting ST and AoD or DD. Maybe a book could be like Dr Strange's cloak, have a mind of its own. Maybe spitting pages at its enemy blinding them. Magicka items can have all manner or cool skill lines that fit the style, be in Wond, Orb or a book. Really comes down to imagination.

On that topic, Magicka is really lacking opening for weapons. Sta on the other hand, have tones of options. Would be nice if Magicka players could get a couple new weapons.
