whats up with this lag in pvp , the game is unplayable since last week. Break free 4 times , cast abilities 4 seconds delay . Unreal

What ever happened to Zos moving all the inactive accounts to the Cloud? Looking at the lastest Patch notes, all I see are a large amount of "Who gives a crap" fixes1 -
