How do I get past the infinite login screen?

I have been trying to login for over a month, and get stuck in the login loading screen until I get booted for "inactivity." I have uninstalled and reinstalled many time, removed all mods, and I still cannot login. What do I do?

✭✭Have you raised a ticket? My suggestion if you haven't is to raise a ticket, and if you get an automated email, reply to it so it doesn't auto close.
