I haven't seen it either. Maybe it will be part of the Master Crafter offerings with the next expansion?

I've also been wondering about it. There's no information on some of these Deadlands furnishings whatsoever.

Im also missing the floating water globules, the thing i have been looking forward the most to.

I hope they do come with the master crafter furnisher or even the luxury vendor.

I can now confirm that the Plan for the Floating Books has been found ingame. One of my housing guildies found one...

In the inn, the Bearer's Rest, in Fargrave, on the first floor of the inn, there are cabinets and backpacks that you can steal from. From time to time an NPC shows up, so you *can* incurr a bounty, but usually the NPC dies so quickly that you don't have to worry... ^^;;

I have been there, I hope ZOS is happy with the murder spree they have caused with their stingy furnishing plan drops.
