Just curious what people were running/think is best for trash setups? Maybe still bahsei + acuity or possibly Ms or Medusa?

Ippokrates✭✭✭✭✭If you got stamplar, get Azureblight. With Maelstrom 2h and sets like SulXan or Rele, you can clear solo first stage of vHRC, till those cursed Priests ^^
Just remember to cummulate as many dots you can: EH, Caltrops, Stampede, Carve and of course jabs. If you drop blight explosion below 5 sec., you can even use it on ST ^^0
