the damage scaling also appears to be borked.

The radius is not broken anymore, it jsut seem like it.
there is a big position desync going on all the time (since always), espeical when its laggy.
on your screen your position is about 2-5m infront of your acuall position (depends on lagg and movement speed).

It might look for you that you are outside of the DC pull, but for the server and everybody else you still in there.
Also thats the reson DB miss alot of times in lagg or some Charge abilities are not working.

so its a game issue and not a DC issue....
