How do I get werewolf back?

When I set up my builds at the armory station I didn't assign werewolf.

After that the werewolf skill line disappeared. I went back to the shrine and a repeatable quest marker was there, it made me do the tutorial quest again and the skill line came back. A week later and the skill line is gone again but now theres no quest marker on the shrine.

Do I have to redo my entire build again?

This seems ridiculous. Me choosing not to slot werewolf shouldn't make an entire skill line disappear. I still have skill lines for all the weapons I'm not using etc.

Fairly common with the armory system, you absolutely need to 'Save' explicitly at least one armory slot where you're a Werewolf (or Vampire) before you load a different slot.

Loading the second slot wipes the character clean -- and if you didn't save the first one explicitly now you have no way to get it back.

Check if you didn't save it on one slot or the other, but you might have to get re-bitten. Your progress should be preserved, just a matter of turning the disease back on.

    Thank you for the help.

I didnt save it on either slot- I only use werewolf situationally these days.

Please tell me this isn't intentional and you're going to fix it @ZOS_Kevin

There's nothing to fix, it pops a text warning if you apply an armory build that doesn't have werewolf/vampire that it will remove those effects before confirming a second time that only shows up if you have werewolf/vampire lines active.

Theres are reasons to not have vampire be an active thing at time- it has bonuses and downsides even if you arent using the skills.

Werewolf has no passive effects whstsoever unless the ultimate is slotted.

So there is no need to hide my werewolf skill line just because I don't want to have it slotted right now. I shouldn't need to reset my entire build- all the skills, all the passives, etc, everytime I feel like slotting this ultimate.

The Armory Station is set up is if a player wanted both Vampire and Werewolf they can have each one saved to a different Armory build and swap between them in a couple seconds. This is why it can remove the curses because you can have a saved build with vampire, another saved build with werewolf, and a third saved build clean.

The way to do it if you have just one of these effects is to go to a regular skill shrine, do a full respec then save that build to one of the slots, preferably the second one as your hard reset that keeps the vampire/werewolf skill line intact.

It's also why they sell additional armory slots. So you could have basically the same builds with different on/off switches for curses.

But you're right there's no downside to having Werewolf active and not slotted. So be sure to save all armory slots while you have the werewolf curse active, regardless of the skills on your bar.

Made the same mistake. I didn't understand the armory system. Didn't "Save build" because there was no build to save, as in I thought we had to interface with the armory system to make the build in the armory system. Didn't know the armory system was way more simpler than that.

Had to get re-bitten for Werewolf, and everything is sorted now. I even got a whole maxed out vampire build that I can switch to.

    Interesting and helpful, thank you.

I decided I'll just throw it on the back bar of one of my builds.

Wait, does that mean my werewolf characters could loose their werewolf curse, if I do not interact with the armoury system at all?

Pretty sure you take extra damage from fighter guild abilities if you got WW curse, even with no ulti slotted.
You can't be bitten by vampire if you have WW curse.

With zero interaction to Armory system you will be fine.

The problem is when the first time you open the Armory station on a character, you get a popup suggesting you first save your current build to one of the 2 slots.

Many people do not notice, and don't save their "original" build.

The armory slots by default are full resets. If you load a slot without first saving your current build, you've reset yourself and will have to recreate your first build on your own.

Tbh. Armour station should have "reset to default" button. It should have A "zero", hidden build that is automatically saved when you 1st interact with it.

So there would be a way to remove all of the changes that armour did to your build. So you would have a way to fix any potential mess that can occur to your skill lines & CP that potential bugs can do.
