[Suggestion] Expanded Guild Management features (Calender)

In ESO there are many amazing features that make the game stand out like no other.
One of these being the guild system and the active community in said guilds. Sadly I feel that the overall features to manage said guilds is lacking.

The main problem:
Alot of guilds like to do different type of activities. Some enjoy PVP, some enjoy PVE and some fun social events.
The main problem for guilds is that there is no good way to organize it these events. Yes there is the use of Discord servers and custom made bots for event signups but this feels like it shouldnt be a necessity in order to play organized content.
Having players depend on third party tools and bots in order to have somewhat of a organized event system is a bit wrong in my opinion.

In my guild for example we run trials on a weekly basis and have it open for anyone in the guild to signup....but only on discord. Trying to organize it within the ingame chat is at the current state of the game not really feasible.
Alot of players (atleast on Xbox) dont want to have to download an app on their phone or PC just to be able to signup for the content in the game.

On PC I can imagine there exist some type of addon that can solve this problem and keep everything ingame but sadly on console we dont have this option.
A problem we might face is that if support for these discord bots ends then we dont really have something to take its place until the next bot comes along to solve this problem.

What I would like to see:
It would be great if there could be some calender system within the guilds which people with the appropriate rank can list events on.
World of Warcraft have a system like this and it has worked for alot of guilds through the years.

How would it work:
Let's say a trial leader puts up an event. When creating the event he/she can specify if it's a dungeon, trial, pvp or custom event.
Select trial event and then select the trial you plan on running.
Write a description for the event and a name for it as well as set the time when it will happen.
When it's a trial it should automaticly make it so there's 12 slots avaible. 2 tanks, 2 healers, 8 dps and then when people press "Apply" on the event they pick which role they want to signup as.

Custom events could be more reserved for things that are not group size limited. Like fishing events, skyshard hunting or similar stuff like that.

A system like this would make it so that everyone within the ingame guild could be included and not just the people that are willing to download a third party app.

Please ZOS expand upon the guild management system. It's really needed and would help alot if we could get something like this system mentioned as well as some other things.
