Does anyone know where this window comes from? I know the blue one is from the achievement furnisher in Fargrave, but what about this orange one?

TeruKisuke✭✭✭✭I believe the orange window is Housing Editor only (I actually haven't really been in my houses since the patch to double check that though.) But on PTS that's where it was, and there didn't seem to be a plan for it.
If I'm wrong and there's a way to get it naturally in the game, I will be on that grinding spot so fast—1 -
