Alkosh DOT no longer stacks?

Forgive me if this was addressed somewhere else, but didn't see it in patch notes, nor any Alkosh discussions.
In years past, if you procced multiple synergies, the DoT of Alkosh would stack multiple times (not the debuff). I notice in testing after this update that this is no longer the case. Was this an intended/announced change? Perhaps I missed it from something pre-Deadlands, just revisiting the set now. @ZOS_GinaBruno
