Unable to group, mail, or trade

Wife and I came back to ESO to play for a while and are finding that we are unable to group, mail, or trade anything. I never received any bans, nor did she, what else can we try? We just did the X|S update, but everything else in the game has been working fine so far.

Help!

    I would open a support ticket and explain the problem.

    This might be a "social ban", for reasons unstated, and that will get ZOS to attend to it.

    I did end up opening a ticket last night.

    No word yet, seems odd to get a social ban when we've not played in over a year. :/

    That social ban could have been there for a year... :smile: Maybe they do not automatically time out and it is necessary to contact CS to get it removed.
