"Time to Strike!" Lorebook

Does anyone know where this is located in the Eastern Elsweyr camp? I swear I combed the whole place twice and I can't find it. Rather get it at home base than force my way all the way up to the enemy side to maybe find it before being ganked.

hmm, i think maybe you mean THIS location here? (in Cyrodiil though? ) ...

... Be careful however, cuz that ^ is what apparently happened to the last person spending too much time reading it behind enemy lines.

According to UESP there's another copy at the Elsweyr gate, but I still haven't found the bloody thing. I might need to hover around the enemy gates then. Appreciate the map, though.

For the "Time to Strike!" lorebook that UESP says is at the Eastern Elsweyr Gate, I may have found it. I have been looking for it for days at the gate but cannot find it. I did find what looks like a glitched lorebook at the Scroll Temple of Mnem. Could this be the Time to Strike book?
Edit: I did find this later in the southern EP base, as described above. I guess the UESP page that lists the book in the AD base is wrong.

As far as I can tell its not in the AD base, you will have to go to the location highlighted above to get it.

And no its not the lorebook in the Temple of Mnem
