This. Big skelly is fine. Three smaller minions reappear at 50% (as intended) then just vanish immediately after. Fight resets after that. I left the dungeon after a few tries.I consistently get 'vanishing' humanoid mini-bosses in that boss fight.
You have to play 'where's Waldo' to find them first to initiate combat and then between phases.
And Wyrd Sisters in March of Sacrifices.Funny that it happens in Fang Lair with the bear boss too.
For me it was happening all the time as a warden. I unequipped the netch and it stopped bugging out. Seems the biggest culprit for me at least.

Im not sure that its isolated to the netch. I believe the shade and other pets also trigger it. When we go in there now we remove those pets off of the bars and we havent had the issue since. Its the same in the Menagerie fight in Fang Lair as well.

All pets both combat and non-combat seem to trigger this. I could have sworn thatZoS said they addressed pet making bosses bug out in the U35 update patch notes. Maybe that was just CR and HoF that were fixed.
