Joining Encounter in Progress triggers randomly during boss fights

Happened to my group 2 times yesterday. Me and GF were farming some Tzogvin. During the fight with Razzuk Bonechill, she got a message that "Joining in Progress" (she pulled the boss and was present in the arena) then got a loading screen to Grahtwood.
The second time was with Vault Protector, the same story, "Join in Progress" in combat while in the area then ported to dungeon entrance this time.
I don't record stuff normally, but it happened to @Nefas so sorry, but I'm borrowing this xD
