Rare Items - Lower droprate?

Now this could be my RNG that have just become much worse... But.. Lately I have seen a noticable (lower) droprate in rare items like:
-Purple Furnishing Plans
-Motifs (overland/dailies)
-Public Dungeon fragments
This is for overland only...
Anyone else experience a lower droprate of rare items?

Mushroomancer✭✭✭✭I haven't really noticed anything of the sort, the droprate always seemed all over the place for furnishings and fragments. There is a timer on motifs from zone dailies, from Greymoor onwards I believe, so that might look to you like there's a lower droprate.PC | EU 1600+ CP

joerginger✭✭✭✭✭The timer started earlier. I believe the Dragonguard chest at Tideholm has a twenty-hour cooldown, that means so has the motif that can be found inside the chest. If the countdown for motifs from reward chests had also been been introduced with the Dragonhold DLC or even earlier with the Elsweyr chapter is something I'm not sure about.1

I've kind of thought the same thing for plans and motifs with the few dailies I do. I just figure it's RNG, but it is something I noticed.1 -
