PC user confused

I get booted to desktop several times this past week without error reason (Just simply closed down) then tonight I have to shut my PC down to get ESO to close. There is a need to get this game fixed PLEASE.

if u are the only one having this problem - which is expect to be the case cause noone awnsered so far - try reinstalling the game

if that did not work maybe check the system minimum requirments

You'll find lots of similar reports. The game clearly has some crash to desktop bugs right now - and there are also some they've fixed along the way.

Do check you've got up to date graphics drivers and the like, and follow the suggestions Zenimax give, but don't be surprised if it doesn't fix it. Also open a ticket. They'll probably tell you to try the suggestions you've already tried the first time, then tell you to reinstall stuff you've already reinstalled but it's at least getting the count of CTD reports up and info on systems affected.

ZOS_BillE this not a crash but a shutdown straight to desktop. I will read the article and see if it helps.
