Rivenspire Main Quest Bug

The main quest line for Rivenspire is bugged after you liberate Shornhelm. When you talk to Emeric, he may not give the next quest in the line if you have the Prologue quest: The Ravenwatch Inquiry. You have to abandon that quest before talking to Emeric to recive the next quest: Dream-Walk Into Darkness.
This was reported several months ago here. It would be nice for a fix considering this completely breaks the quest line and took me hours of searching and asking to fix it in chat. I am sure others gave up as well.
