Plaza of Portals needs a portal to Coldharbour

The Plaza of Portals feels underwhelming as there are only portals to the Burn and Sever. From the lore books and quests in the zone it is implied that Fargrave has links to many daedric planes.
I can understand that we don't have portals to the daedric realms that are not accessible to us (yet), but we do have access to Coldharbour and it seems odd that we can't get there via a portal from the plaza - after we have unlocked the zone via the main questline. Perhaps drop the portal exit somewhere in Cadwell's Hovel?
