Xbox HDR Mode Setting Still Resetting Every Login

Every time I log in, I have to toggle my HDR settings on my Xbox Series X from HDR Default to Vibrant (because Default is way too dark) as well as update my brightness and HDR Brightness settings. This unfortunately resets every single time I log out of the game - so it's become a daily ritual. Could we get a fix so our settings are saved? This has been happening for months it seems..

✭✭✭✭Does the HDR Brightness actually do anything on XBox?
I can’t see any difference on PS4 or PS5.

✭✭No idea if this will help or even apply to your problem. I play on a PS5. But sometimes I will do writs on my phone at work during breaks and when I get home HDR is always off and I have to close the game out completely on the console menu and restart it to reset it as it is always off when I get home and I am unable to get it to reset without closing the game completely.
