The front bar timers (I am using the built in timers), are very inaccurate and tend to just stop working right away, while the back bar timers seem to work correctly. It would be nice if these were somewhat reliable. I get total accuracy on DOTs and AOE requires players have at least some notion of what is going on and if mobs are moving out of AOE, but even self buffs are not reliable.

✭✭Use the addon "Action Duration Reminder". It's better than the default one.
Addons can band-aid certain issues with the game as delivered, but the don't help our console brothers and sisters who just have to live with bugs unless they actually get patched/fixt.
Bugs in the game can be permanent issues for anyone not playing on PC or who don't want to sully themselves with addons.
The problem with society these days is that no one drinks from the skulls of their enemies anymore.2
