No one has asked or explained: do proc sets critical chance scale off your own or is it in dependant.
For example can we use cloak to force procs to crit

Cloak force-crits your next direct damage attack. Usually it's what procs your proc set out of stealth that is your very next direct attack, not the proc itself.0 -

What about vate 2h? I'm fairly sure you can miss medium attack on purpose and still launch explosion. Probably not worth it tho.0
