Some of the excavation bonus rewards don't drop

I am digging perfect 3 bonus loot chests, but only get 2 drop. I suspect the third is supposed to be some kind of a lead and it's bugged, but can't tell for sure.

Have it screenshotted, too, on at least 2 different excavations with 3 uncovered bonus chests clearly visible and only 2 bonus loot drops.

I too have experienced this on several digs in The Deadlands.

I uncover all three items but only two are awarded.

Have experienced it whilst digging for 'Stainless Steel Imperial Band', 'Unhallowed Runic Tome' and 'Mindcleaver Loop'.

I did take screenshots of two of the instances if required.

Whatever was fixed in the latest patch, it definitely was not excavations. Still getting 2 bonus items when uncovering all 3.

Yes, this is still an issue. Always get one less bonus item. If you uncover 2 you only receive one. If you uncover 3 you only receive two. Not sure if this is everywhere, but definitely in the Deadlands.

I have only experienced this behaviour in The Deadlands.

It did happen twice yesterday so unfortunately yes, this is still an issue.

@ZOS_Kevin could we get confirmation that the dev team is at least aware of this please?

@ZOS_Kevin just a gentle reminder that this is still an issue, not only on The Deadlands now but also on High Isle.

Happened to me on High Isle last night as well.

Two bonus boxes and gold uncovered. Only got gold and one item.

Happening to me tonight, not on every dig but a few...maybe one out of five? Visually saw a bonus loot in this last but nothing dropped. High Isle as well.

Motifs and style items from the Deadlands, High Isle, as well as additional ones from the Reach and Western Skyrim are now available as bonus loot. This ultimately fixes an issue where digging for bonus loot in these zones would sometimes yield an empty result. This includes:

Black Fin Legion
Blackreach Vanguard
House Hexos
Steadfast Society
Systres Guardian
