I had a lightbulb moment in terms of set concepts and thought, why not create some based around peryite and disease? There's barely any of them that use disease for offense and i think we could use something like that so here's three i came up with, one for each armor type.

Infectious Assault
Medium set

and scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.
